Groundbreaking ceremony at “Welde-Stammhaus”
This week, the official groundbreaking ceremony was held at the new parent company “Welde-Stammhaus” in Mannheimer Straße in Schwetzingen. The newspaper “Schwetzinger Zeitung” reported about it.

Sales launch in Besigheim
RENOVATIV BAU GmbH & Co. KG is starting the sale of the condominiums in Hofrat-Lang-Straße 7. Four of the five apartments can still be purchased. The sale is free of commission for the buyer.

Welde-Stammhaus – construction is about to start

The construction works on the new parent company “Welde-Stammhaus” in Mannheimer Straße in Schwetzingen will start shortly. The established company is known far beyond the city borders. We are pleased about the chance to realize this complex and structurally challenging project. In the course of the next year, a modern, functional building with gastronomy, retail and 12 residential units will be constructed, blending harmoniously into the overall urban image.
Despite all efforts, during the construction period restrictions in Mannheimer Straße cannot be completely excluded. However, it is a major concern for us to minimize the impact on residents and tradesmen and hope for mutual understanding.
