New construction of a commercial and residential building

Mannheimer Straße 30, Schwetzingen

After having successfully completed the structural restoration of Mannheimer Straße 9 in 2016, soon after we had the chance to commence another new project in the same street.

At the end of the pedestrian zone, in the traffic-calmed area, this architecturally sophisticated commercial and residential apartment building was constructed. The building was redeveloped, having taken into account all aspects of contemporary living. After its completion, it now provides one commercial unit and five spacious apartments.

The underground car park with 10 parking slots can be accessed via Mannheimer Straße.

All apartments as well as the commercial unit are sold.
